Breakfast Go To

Eggs.

Don’t worry- there are more options than just eggs, and funny enough, most people who love Keto don’t “eat” breakfast at all. But that’s way later. This is progressive- start by eating breakfast. Eggs, bacon, avocado, coffee. Do not add fruit of any kind…yet.

 

Keto-Flu

Water.

Soda water like Bubbly was a life savor for me because frankly, I don’t love drinking tons of water. During the beginning however, it’s insanely helpful for getting over Keto Flu. There will be a time you feel hungover and have no idea why… that is actually a great sign. Your body is entering Ketosis. Ginger tea, dill pickle juice (trust me) and a little extra salt in your food will also help ease the ugh.
