Homework Prior to Pushing Play!

 

PreCook Your Meat.

For this weeks meal prep:
-Brown 2 pounds of ground beef together in one pan. Season to your liking with S&P.

-Brown 2 rolls ground breakfast sausage
(in same pan is fine)

-Season one pound of ground beef with Italian seasoning and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Roll into 12 balls. Bake on a sheet tray for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. (video instruction)

-Add all chicken to a Crock-pot with S&P
3 1/2 hours on high or 5 1/2 hours on low
until it shreds easily with a fork

-Brown and Crumble Your Bacon

Pre-Chop Your Veg.

For this weeks meal prep:
-Chop the bell peppers, white and red onions, and mushrooms into medium sized strips

-Slice the jalapenos (If using) into rounds

-Cut both spaghetti squash in half lengthwise

-If using whole cauliflower, grate it into medium sized peals.

- Chop your broccoli into bite sized pieces

-Chop your green onion into long, 1 inch pieces including both dark and light green parts.

-Drain sauerkraut well.

For this weeks meal prep:

There will be 4 dishes that will do well in a casserole dish

One skillet dish (cast iron would be perfect, however if you do not have an oven safe skillet another casserole dish is fine.)

One dish in a large bowl

Breakfast this week requires a muffin tin
and muffin liners

Lunch this week would be great in pint sized mason jars with lids

4 medium / large Ziploc bags

One large Tupperware style container with lid
