What is a Keto Coach?

I’m another person who’s been there, and done that. I’m nothing more than a friend with some real life understanding of what works and I have a real passion to help you learn about it too. Everyone’s life is different- and hello- we are living in a pandemic. Adding more to your plate right now can easily be overwhelming. I’m going to be here for you thorough the entire journey. I not only make this easier to do… I am here to make sure you are doing it right and most effectively. I provide you with a grocery list to fill out then walk you though how to prepare the food for your week, and support you 100% along the way.

I use a 3 step guide to plan a meal. When you break it down to basics, it’s so easy. Keto is not complicated. I promise.

Do I have to calculate and log all my food?

NO. Not if I am coaching you. That is the main part of Keto that honestly does get overwhelming. I am doing that for you. Follow my recomended meal plan guides, and you don’t need to do anything more than cook and eat. Can’t cook? Don’t worry, I’ll show you what to do and how to have meals that you can just slap together. Yes, losing weight takes some effort, but man is it worth it in the long run!

I want to know how this is working for you! I am not a therapist, though I may feel like one at times. You won’t have an allotted “weekly time” to speak with me. Have a question? TEXT ME. Want to know which marinara sauce I like best? ASK ME! Put me in your favorite contacts and lets get to this. Calls are limited to once per week, however text or email as much as you would like!

Just Give me the basics:

Weight loss is personal. Sometimes you don’t want to talk to someone daily about it and you just want to put your head down and do the work. I get it, we are all different. If you believe you’ll get just as much out of the grocery lists, meal prep videos and social media community then the “Just the Basics” Plan is perfect for you. And if you ever change your mind, you can upgrade at any time.

But I’m a picky Eater…

I will help you eat around what you do not, or can not eat. Dietary restrictions and / or foods you just do not prefer are no problem on Keto. My own 3 year old son is both picky, and on an 80% Keto diet because he eats what I eat… or what I have around the house.

The only meal planing guide I do not yet have is a Vegan plan. I would love to help, however I’m likely not the best choice if you are, and plan to stay Vegan. I’m just not as educated in this area.
